Committee finalizes tent location and accessibility signage
Organizers confirmed placement for a 20x20 shade tent and agreed to additional handicap and directional signs, aiming to reduce bicycle/pedestrian conflicts and mark event parking and accessible routes.

Committee leadership presented a proposed site map showing a 20x20 shade tent near the trees to protect bleachers and recommended placing signs at the bridge and road approaches to deter skateboarding and e‑scooter traffic. The chair said Kelly Studebaker "helped me with this" when describing the sign mockups and emphasized placing some bleachers under trees for shade.
