The Village of Wayne City Board of Trustees voted to adopt Resolution #2026-1-3, formally accepting the Wayne County Hazard Mitigation Plan dated December 2025. Trustee Jarod Peyton moved to adopt the resolution and Trustee Steve Buxton seconded; the motion carried with five ayes and one absence (Trustee Gary Cline).
