During the Nov. 17 meeting supervisors considered multiple subdivision items. Supervisor Harlen Anderson, Jr. moved to approve a Modification of a Plan for parcel KE‑4A (owner George Deardorff) addressing Section 404(t); the modification directs that permanent reference monuments be set around Lot 2 and Lot 2A and that permanent reference monuments found be referenced for residual Lot 1. The board recorded a motion directing the Secretary to sign the DEP Non‑Building Waiver associated with that plan.
