Council authorized the transfer of two lots (385 & 589 Calhoun) and a second lot at 162 N 11th Street, authorizing the mayor to execute deeds. Both motions were recorded as carried by the council members present.

The Tecumseh City Council approved agreements to transfer two economic-development properties: lots 385 and 589 Calhoun, and a separate parcel at 162 N 11th Street. Council Member Tyler Speckmann moved to approve the first transfer (385 & 589 Calhoun) and Council Member Lance Beethe seconded; the minutes record the motion as carried. For the second parcel at 162 N 11th Street, Council Member Brian Britt moved and Council Member Lorie Topp seconded; that motion also carried.
