Commission adopts updated Community Partners program as "Buda Allies in Aging"
The commission voted to adopt edits to its Community Partners program, agreed to grandfather existing partners (including AARP Austin, Onion Creek Senior Center and others), and approved the new program name "Buda Allies in Aging" to be forwarded to city staff and legal for implementation.

The Commission on Aging unanimously adopted revisions to its Community Partners program and approved the new name "Buda Allies in Aging." Chair Kauffman moved to adopt the changes and to include a list of grandfathered partners; the motion was seconded and carried without recorded opposition.
