At the Feb. 12 work session, 'Collaborator Newton' described an intensive state-aligned program aimed at advancing equity and strengthening district systems. Board materials list funding of "$2.86M over 4 years, conditional on approval." The program model uses Plan-Do-Study-Act cycles, advisory and stewarding bodies, and collaboration with the Oregon Department of Education and a Student Success Team.
