Representatives of the Woodruff Irrigation Company — QC Frazier (President), George Peart (Vice President) and Wally Schulthess (Secretary-Treasurer) — presented a design-phase proposal for the Woodruff Creek Watershed Management Plan seeking NRCS funding. Commissioners expressed concern about potential county liability if the county were listed as a co-sponsor under the proposed agreement and directed the County Attorney to review the contract language.
