At a March 24 special meeting the Rice CISD Board of Trustees unanimously approved a remote conferencing resolution. The motion was moved by Vice President Joe Romo and seconded by Trustee Nicole Owers; no public comments were received.

President Jason Pausewang called the Rice Consolidated Independent School District Board of Trustees to order at 7:22 a.m. March 24, 2026, in the administration building board room in Altair. During the special meeting the board considered Item #2, a Remote Conferencing Resolution, and voted to approve it.
