Shepherd ISD’s Board of Trustees convened a workshop on Feb. 19, 2026, in the Anchor Room at 1401 S. Byrd Avenue to provide training and onboarding for new board members. President Andy Reeves called the meeting to order at 5:03 p.m.; the recorded agenda lists item 3.A as a workshop to "receive training, new member onboarding." The board noted a quorum was present.
