The Neosho County Commission approved several staffing changes in the Road & Bridge Department May 28 after executive sessions on personnel. The board voted to hire one Equipment Operator I (effective May 28, 2026) and one Mechanic I (effective May 28, 2026); it also approved reclassifying two current employees from Truck Driver II to Road Grader I effective June 1, 2026, and promoting an existing county employee to the Road & Bridge office manager position effective May 19, 2026.
