The Merrill City Council unanimously approved several routine items at its July 8 meeting, including the June 10, 2026 Budget Hearing and Regular Business Meeting minutes, June 2026 accounts payable and a June water transfer. Councilor Gatliff moved to approve the minutes; Councilor Johnson seconded and the motion passed 3-0.
