After a closed executive session about 911 Communications personnel matters, the commission returned to open session and approved hiring one employee for the 911 Communications department, effective May 19, 2026. Commissioner Westhoff moved to hire one employee and Commissioner Galemore seconded; the motion passed 3-0.
