Pay Request #1 for 3rd Street Paving (Project #025-04097) for $95,611.28 from the Sales Tax 25% Infrastructure account and also approved the 2026 Municipal Annual Certification to the Nebraska Board of Public Roads Classification and Standards (Resolution 2026-03).

The St. Paul council on Aug. 3, 2026 approved pay request #1 from Diamond Engineering Co. for the 3rd Street Paving Project (Project #025-04097) in the amount of $95,611.28. Council member Mark Wilson moved for approval and Council member Katie Kowalski seconded; the motion passed 4-0. The council specified funds will come from the Sales Tax 25% Infrastructure account.
