On July 21 the Pine Forest City Council voted unanimously to accept the City of Pine Forest 2023–2024 annual audit. Place 5 Council Member Wesley Brown made the motion and Place 1 Council Member Bobby Bernhardt seconded; the meeting minutes record the motion as "MOTION CARRIED BY ALL PRESENT." Auditor Sharon Reed was listed among those present on the meeting header.
