Engineers present campus facilities heat map; Board hears priority needs

Jacob/Martin engineers presented the district with a facilities assessment that included a color-coded heat map identifying campus areas of high concern and a campus-by-campus overview of recommended repairs and priorities. The presentation, led by Will Duncan and Richard Flores, lasted about 41 minutes and highlighted deferred-maintenance hotspots the firm recommended for early attention.
