Commission OKs Sensenig sewage declaration and sidewalk-waiver recommendation; conditional plan approval set
Straban Township planners authorized a Sewage Facilities Planning Non-Building Declaration, recommended a conditioned sidewalk-waiver for Lot 1 along York Road, and recommended conditional final approval for the Darrel & Laurie Sensenig subdivision pending completion of Keller Engineers' listed items and stormwater corrections.

The commission voted to allow the chair to sign the Sewage Facilities Planning Non-Building Declaration for the Darrel and Laurie Sensenig subdivision at 2255 York Road and recommended a waiver of SALDO requirements for Lot 1's sidewalk along York Road provided a Developer’s Agreement is executed with conditions similar to a prior plan. Chairman John Hartzell moved to authorize the sewage-declaration signature; the motion was seconded by Member Dan Wilkinson and carried unanimously.
