The Shepherd Independent School District Board of Trustees approved a superintendent separation agreement during its April 2 special meeting. Member Daniel Landers moved to approve the separation agreement; Vice President Melodee Arrendell seconded. The motion carried 7-0, and the board authorized President Andy Reeves to carry out duties necessary to effectuate the agreement.
