The Spearman I.S.D. Board approved two change orders for the high school track renovation project: Change Order No. 1 to replace the interior curb and Change Order No. 2 to add perimeter sidewalk and fencing. Jay Tracy moved to approve Change Order No. 1 (seconded by Abby Pipkin) and Scott Sonnenberg moved to approve Change Order No. 2 (seconded by Karla Flowers); both motions passed 7-0.
