Following the regular meeting on Aug. 17, the board met in executive session under Indiana Code IC 5-14-1.5-6.1 Sections (6) and (9) to discuss individual personnel matters and job performance evaluations.

Immediately after the regular session on Aug. 17 the Board of School Trustees met in executive session under IC 5-14-1.5-6.1 Sections (6) and (9) to discuss matters concerning individuals over whom the governing body has jurisdiction and to conduct job performance evaluations of employees. The board stated it discussed no subject matter outside the public notice.
