Laurie reported the districtwide elementary enrollment figure at 565 students and provided grade‑level breakdowns: Pre‑K 55, kindergarten 59, 2nd grade 90 and 3rd grade 104, among others. She listed new elementary hires including Roy Mate and Andy Outwater (5th grade), Jackie Hall (kindergarten) and several resource‑room staff. "So it's great to to have that," Laurie said, noting an additional 5th grade section was added to address class sizes.
