The Select Board determined July 15 that Troy's 200th anniversary celebration will take place on August 7, 2027, with August 8, 2027 designated as a rain date. The board had previously approved forming a committee to organize the event and recorded that approval in its July 1 meeting; at this meeting Clerk Aimee Nelson said she will begin the process of organizing the committee.
