The board authorized Resolution 2026-13, an intergovernmental agreement with Santa Rita Fire District and Rincon Valley Fire District to share cooperative services; Chief Chappell said Rincon Valley will provide a qualified inspector/investigator to fill a vacancy at no cost. The motion passed 3-1 (Dailey opposed).
