Resident urges RFP for engineering services after alleged misstatements by Township engineer

Jason Sobek told the Board that Township Engineer Dan Deiseroth had given inconsistent statements about minimum cartway paving widths—first saying 20 feet, later 22 feet including curbs—while the resident said the ordinance defines the cartway paving width for a local street as 24 feet (cartway excludes curbs). Sobek said those inconsistencies undermine the integrity of plan review.
