The Spring Green Plan Commission on April 15 recommended that the Village Board approve a Certified Survey Map submitted by VC Commercial Properties LLC (applicant Matt Kalish) to join five parcels on Sommerset Road into two. Commissioner Kevin Zimmer moved and Ed Lilla seconded the recommendation; the minutes record the motion "passed with all in attendance in favor."
