The Carencro City Council approved Resolution No. 2025-046 on Nov. 17, adopting the Land Development Code Update Phase I work plan and authorizing Desire Line LLC to begin Phase II work to support implementation of the city's comprehensive plan land‑use goals and objectives. Councilmember Jordan Arceneaux moved for approval and Councilmember Antoine Babineaux seconded; the motion carried.
