The workshop agenda and record include a statement of the district’s public-comment process: patrons who have duly registered under policy BED (Local) may address the Board on agenda items during or before the Board's consideration of that item. The agenda notes the Board will continue with the remaining agenda after registered patrons have had an opportunity to speak (SEGS 013–014).
