The Village of Carleton Village Council on Feb. 11 approved the site plan for 1148 Monroe following a Planning Commission recommendation. The motion to approve was made by Councilmember Terry Burkardt and supported by Debbie Stolkey; the vote was recorded as five ayes and zero nays.
