Representatives of the Brown County Planning Commission, Bill Vonderschmidt and Annette Hoskins, presented draft guidelines addressing Data Centers and Commercial Battery Energy Storage Facilities. After the presentation, the Board of Commissioners indicated consensus to proceed with drafting a resolution to amend Brown County Zoning Regulations to regulate those uses.
