Council retroactively approved Resolution 30, which concerned submitting an application to the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) Local Share Account (LSA) for funding public works water equipment. The minutes indicate an email vote was taken in advance of the Nov. 30, 2024 application deadline; the council ratified that action at the Dec. 2 meeting (motion by Chris Clutter, second by Rob Bost).
