Sarah Wearing reported staffing changes and event activity for the Intellectual Disabilities program. She said that "Ms. Fuhrer transitioned to the I.D. department on 4/27 from the Aging department, as the result of a furlough process," and that the move activated Ms. Fuhrer's union contract bumping rights which affected a junior employee, Ms. Nelson.
