The conditional use hearing for 905 Lucky Mart began at 7:00 p.m. and "concluded at 7:34." During the meeting Mark Madsen made a motion "to deny the application" which Jon Maney seconded; the motion carried after a roll-call vote. Because a court stenographer was present for the hearing, the council did not record minutes for that portion of the meeting.
