Walker’s council approved a formal policy governing use of the city bandshell on Aug. 10, adopting Resolution 2026‑20. The policy was approved on a motion by Abagail Wells with a second from Austin Prose; roll call recorded Wells, Prose and Glenn as ayes and Jonathan Wolff absent.
