Page County staff told the Board that Flourish Real Estate, LLC (applicant Jon Copper) filed a special use permit application to operate a banquet/event facility at 3434 Tanners Ridge Road (tax map 100-(A)-6). The application was received May 29, 2025 and is "grandfathered" under earlier zoning rules because it predates the July 21, 2025 ordinance amendment replacing "banquet/event facility" with new terms. The Planning Commission recommended approval 5‑0.
