Chairperson Connie Brown moved and Supervisor Jay Mullikin seconded to go into an executive session at 7:41 p.m.; all voted yes. The board held a telephone conversation with Solicitor James Nanovic concerning possible litigations. Supervisor Mullikin moved and Supervisor Takerer seconded to exit the executive session at 9:01 p.m.; all voted yes.
