The HUBBARD ISD Board voted to continue participation in the Texas Strategic Leadership (TSL) District-Wide Performance Management Program for the 2025-2026 school year. Trustee Paul Morris made the motion and Trustee Victoria Fletcher seconded; the vote was recorded as Yea: 7, Nay: 0.
