County Attorney Dave Kuehner updated the Butler County Board of Supervisors on a recent hearing involving eminent domain proceedings, telling the board he had identified issues with procedures used in that process. The minutes record the board then voting (motion by Wayne Dralle, second by Greg Barnett) to move into a closed session under Iowa Code 21.5(1)(j), after which they returned to open session on a motion by Greg Barnett, seconded by Wayne Dralle.
