The Automatic Aid Agreement requires dispatch centers to "automatically page the Responding Agency on initial alarms" and to notify other agencies by telephone, directing responders to a shared, pre-designated radio frequency when operating under aid. The document specifically notes current use of "Tango-Tango" as the interoperability channel because of a radio inoperability issue.
