Worcester Selectboard retains counsel for Calais Road arbitration
At a special Aug. 11 meeting, the Worcester Selectboard voted unanimously to retain Shap Smith as lead counsel and to retain Jeb McPherson to assist in arbitration over Calais Road.

The Worcester Selectboard voted unanimously Aug. 11 to retain outside counsel for an arbitration related to Calais Road. Selectboard member John Kaeding moved to retain Shap Smith to represent the Town in the arbitration; Jeff Boudreau seconded the motion and it passed unanimously. The special meeting began at 6:30 p.m. at the Worcester Town Office Complex.
