The Lovejoy ISD Board approved the recommended Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) delivery method for the district's 2025 multiple project package. The motion, made by Trustee Barrett Owens and seconded by Trustee Jason Jaynes, passed unanimously (7'0yea, 0 nay), authorizing staff to proceed with CMAR procurement steps.
