First Selectman Dana Barrow Jr. told the board that three bids for the Town Hall renovation were received but the lowest bidder withdrew before award. With current town funds insufficient to move forward, the board applied to the Capital Improvement Fund (CIF) round 9 for additional financing and will not know grant results until October.
