Mister Bronson, sponsor of legislation to expand reporting by the Workers' Compensation Board, told the floor the supplemental report will supply data on case durations, appeals and modernization progress so lawmakers can spot delays and recommend fixes. "We want to know what's happening in that system so that we can make informed policy decisions," he said.
