The Wood River Rural Schools Board of Education approved the district's 2025–26 official budget during its Sept. 8 meeting after a short public budget hearing. The board recorded a unanimous vote to adopt the budget: "Motion to approve the 25-26 official budget passed with a motion by Nick Rennau and a second by Dylan Gill. Yea: 6, Nay: 0."
