Commissioner Harris presents clerk notification, accountability drafts; Board to update job descriptions

"The clerk had requested a formal procedure for meeting notifications, including called meetings and work sessions," Harris said, and commissioners discussed using county email for notifications and blind‑copying commissioners on group messages to avoid inadvertently creating a quorum.
