The Heard County Board of Commissioners on June 16 unanimously approved a policy establishing the Official Board Meeting Notification and Scheduling Protocol. Commissioner Iris Harris moved the policy and Commissioner James Perry seconded the motion; the board voted unanimously to adopt it.
