Wright County's Zoomtrip platform adopted for initial Waverly property listings
The EDA agreed to participate in Wright County EDA's Zoomtrip property-listing platform while the county covers costs; the county plans to charge $500 annually starting in 2027. City-owned lots will be listed first, with additional listings added as the business survey identifies willing owners.

Secretary Cierra Nagovsky reported that staff attended a demonstration of Zoomtrip—a platform that lists commercial and industrial properties with photos, map and street views, lot details, and links—and that Wright County EDA is presently covering the cost for participating cities. Nagovsky told the commission that "Wright County EDA is currently covering the cost of the platform, making it free for participating cities. Beginning in 2027, Wright County EDA anticipates charging cities $500 per year to continue using it."
