Livingston ISD trustees unanimously delegated final hiring authority for contractual personnel (with limited Chapter 21 exceptions) to Superintendent Dr. Jeff Pack from March 17 through Oct. 1, 2026.

The Livingston ISD Board of Trustees voted 7-0 April 20 to give Superintendent Dr. Jeff Pack final authority to employ contractual personnel through Oct. 1, 2026, with the exception of those receiving Chapter 21 Certified Administrator contracts. Trustee Megan Rowe moved the delegation and Trustee Scott Paske seconded the motion.
