Assistant Public Works Director Jose Coronia presented Resolution 831‑26 authorizing the city manager and the finance director to act as the city’s authorized representatives for the Texas community development block grant (CDBG/TDA) application, environmental review and contract documents. Staff said the resolution is a required step to submit and, if funded, administer the grant.
