The Parker County Commissioners Court voted to continue an emergency burn ban that the county judge had signed last week. The court’s chair opened the meeting by asking members to consider whether to ratify the order; a motion to continue the ban was moved and seconded, and the court recorded the vote as 5–0 in favor.
