The Bonham ISD Board approved a memorandum of understanding with the Region 10 Regional Behavior Program during the Nov. 17 meeting. The motion to approve was made by Dr. LaTonia Arris and seconded by Kenzie McCraw; the motion passed unanimously, 6–0.
