Board approves Lucas development plan contingent on Code Sys; P. Smith subdivision tabled
Jefferson Township accepted the Planning Commission's recommendation to approve the Lucas Land Development Plan contingent on Code Sys approval, tabled the P. Smith Plan of Subdivision, and granted Wain Landscaping a time extension until July 14.

Manager Leo Rosenbauer reported on the Planning Commission’s May 18 meeting and relayed the commission’s recommendations to the board. The Planning Commission recommended approval of the Lucas Land Development Plan as presented. On motion, the supervisors approved the Lucas plan "contingent upon Code Sys approval." The board also agreed to table the P. Smith Plan of Subdivision on motion.
